meetings

We certainly appreciate that you have a life, and we realize that work, vacation, illness, and family emergencies are all part of life. We do however expect a certain level of commitment and personal accountability.

We require a 75% attendance rate from our bout ready team members; this applies to mandatory meetings, practices, needed fundraisers, recruitment and community events. The rate is calculated a month and a half prior to a bout for roster/bout time consideration.

Recruiting & League Promotion

One day a month on the weekend (either Sat or Sun), we require our members to positively promote our league by wearing the team uniform, or league t-shirts and either skating, handing out bout invitational flyers, or actively recruiting new members at our home track location, Traders Village.

This is a vital component in league membership in order to maintain positive community relations, communicate our purpose and maintain our ability to keep doing what we do as athletes and league support.
